Mac Repairs

Repairs and upgrades are mostly performed at our shop in College Place due to our specialized tools and processes. This allows us to stay efficient by working on other customer projects while long copy/install tasks are in progress on your machine.

Therefore we’re able to offer many of our services at flat rates, rather than hourly, by sitting idly in your office waiting for a task to run. We don’t like wasting your hard earned money or time watching us twiddle our thumbs. However, commercial businesses who require equipment to remain on-site due to privacy/security concerns can request a custom quote for repairs at their facility.

All phone and tablet repairs—Apple iPad, iPhone, iPod or Android Samsung devices for new batteries, screens, buttons, liquid damage, etc—are sent to our partner iResQ. They offer FREE diagnostics by certified technicians and perform repairs quickly, often in 24-48 hours. We can handle your shipping and repair progress for a small fee or you can send it in yourself.


Coverage Area

We service customers primarily in the Walla Walla valley. We also see customers from Waitsburg, Dayton, Lowden, Touchet, Pasco, Kennewick, Richland, Milton Freewater, Athena, Helix, Pendleton, Hermiston, Tollgate, Summerville, Elgin, Joseph, La Grande, and Baker City may visit us in College Place or contact us for a custom travel quote.
