Classes are available throughout the year on various topics and in different venues.

  • Since 2013, in collaboration with the Walla Walla Public Library, Brian has offered a FREE iOS 101 class to library card holders on how to use the iPad and iPhone. It’s weekly on Tuesdays from 1:30pm–3:00pm in the CrewSpace Lab.

  • Summer 2019 Brian will be offering a beginner iPad/iPhone class at Wheatland Village retirement home for residents. Schedule and pricing yet TBD.

  • Summer 2019 Brian will begin offering LIVE webinars on topics for both Mac and iOS users. Whether you’re tied up at the office, a stay at home parent, on vacation, live outside the Walla Walla area—you can participate from anywhere you may be via the web. And when tough winter conditions hit us, stay home in your PJ’s by the fire with a cup of hot chocolate and view a webinar to learn something new. Mac repairs and upgrades are performed at our shop in College Place due to our specialized tools and processes. This allows us to work on several projects at once, which means many of our services can be offered at flat-rates. Commercial businesses that require equipment to remain on-site can request a quote for repairs at their facility, at an additional cost.

All iOS repairs—such as iPad/iPhone/iPod batteries, screens, buttons, etc—are now sent to our partner iResQ in Kansas. Their certified technicians perform your repairs accurately and quickly, often in 24-48 hours. Example: using their low-cost 2-way overnight shipping option, we can ship an iPhone to them on Monday, arrives, is repaired and return shipped on Tuesday, arriving back at our shop on Wednesday.

ShopKeep POS—We are your local Authorized ShopKeep POS reseller, the best-rated iPad point-of-sale system. We sell hardware, such as: cash drawers, credit card readers, iPad stands, receipt printers, kitchen printers, barcode scanners, and more. We teach your business how to manage the backoffice like creating inventory Items and running reports, as well as train your staff to run the intuitive register app for daily sales.
